LAMP (Life Applied Method Plan) is a life-skills development program designed to help participants build the practical tools needed for daily life, decision-making, and personal growth.

The program encourages participants to strengthen confidence, responsibility, and independence.

Participants learn how to apply these skills to real-life situations as they work toward stability and success.

Why It Matters

Many young adults aging out of foster care, recovery programs, or unstable environments lack support in their next chapter. LAMP bridges that gap — not only with skills, but with community, mentorship, and faith to help them move from surviving to thriving.

How It Works

8–12 Week Cycles offered quarterly
Weekly sessions (in-person or virtual)
Group activities, guest speakers, and progress tracking
Celebration ceremony and certificate of completion

Who Can Join?

• Ages 18–26
• Former foster youth, trafficking survivors, reentry, or at-risk young adults
• Motivated to grow, heal, and take responsibility for their future (Faith background not required)
